We use the postal service of CHF 7.00 (POST) for all shipments made to Switzerland.
We offer free standard shipping for orders above CHF 180.00.

Normally the time of standard delivery to Switzerland is within 2-5 business days (MO-FRI), after TAUTA has accepted and confirmed your order.

>>> European Union and the rest of the World:

Please understand that orders outside of Switzerland can take up to 12 business days after TAUTA has received your order. Transport costs to the EU and the rest of the world were calculated including taxes.

You are always welcome to pick up your package by person at the Fashnpie Store, one of our Sales Partners in Zurich.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return your order within 10 days in original condition on your costs.

To exchange an item please contact office@tauta-home.com with your full name and order number and the name of the product you want to exchange.

Please understand that we are not able to refund and bear any shipping costs or custom duties for the exchange. Items that were purchased on Sale may not be exchanged.
